摘要： The present invention provides a detecting apparatus, including a storage chamber containing a treating fluid; wherein, the detecting apparatus is internally provided with a sharp-pointed portion; the storage chamber may make a movement relative to the sharp-pointed portion; the storage chamber will be pierced by the sharp-pointed portion during the moving process, such that the treating fluid in the storage chamber is released. The detecting apparatus further includes a collecting chamber; the released treating fluid may flow into the collecting chamber; the collecting chamber is disposed inside a first shell and used to contain a sample; an opening is disposed at an upper position of the first shell; the collecting chamber is internally provided with a testing element for detecting an analyte; the testing element is disposed on a carrier, and the carrier has a specific matching form with the collecting chamber. A buffer solution is disposed in an independent chamber of the detecting apparatus, and may be obtained at any time in need of detection and thus, is easy to be used. The carrier has a specific matching form with the collecting chamber in the first shell, such that the carrier has a definite and unique directional position after being inserted into the collecting chamber.

摘要： The invention discloses microparticle multi-channel time-sharing separation device and method based on an arcuate interdigital transducer. An arcuate interdigitated electrode is connected to an output channel of a signal generator. The arcuate interdigitated electrode and a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microfluidic channel are placed on a lithium niobate chip. The arcuate interdigitated electrode is mainly formed by an interdigitated electrode being asymmetrically bent from a straight line into an arcuate curve. Two electrode ends of the arcuate interdigitated electrodes are asymmetrically arranged with one end big and another end small. The PDMS microfluidic channel includes a main flow channel, two inlet ends, and multiple outlet ends. The main flow channel is an approximately arcuate flow channel arranged around an outer side of the arcuate interdigitated electrode. Particles are patterned in a coverage section of surface acoustic waves to complete separation of microparticles.

摘要： A heat pump that includes a thermoelectric device(s) and a heat sink having a raised portion with a top surface for thermally coupling with a planar face of the thermoelectric device(s). The raised portion of the heat sink includes an outer periphery and a raised central region surrounded by a void region to provide more uniform thermal conductivity when clamped within an assembly. The raised central region is shaped in an any shape corresponding to a shape of uneven thermal conductivity due to clamping pressure applied to the heat sink. The void region can be substantially contiguous and entirely circumscribe the central raised region. The device can optionally include discrete supports formed of a less thermally-conductive material within the void region. The supports can be elastomeric, such as O-rings, and disposed within pockets defined within the void region.

In some embodiments, the mixture carrier fluid comprises a salt with a molecular weight of less than or equal to 1 kg/mol at a concentration within the mixture carrier fluid of from 0.01 M to 0.5 M. In some embodiments, the mixture carrier fluid has a turbidity of greater than or equal to 10 NTU and a viscosity of less than or equal to 1 Pa*s.

摘要： Disclosed is a microfluidic system based on an artificially structured acoustic field, comprising a microcavity and a ultrasonic emission device, wherein the microcavity is used to accommodate a solution containing particles, the ultrasonic emission device is used to emit ultrasound, and characterized in further comprising a phononic crystal plate placed in the microcavity, wherein the phononic crystal plate has an artificial cycle structure, and is used to modulate the acoustic field so as to control the particles. Also disclosed is a method of controlling microfluid particles based on an artificially structured acoustic field. In the particular embodiments, since a microcavity, an ultrasonic emission device and a phononic crystal plate are comprised, the ultrasonic emission device is used to emit ultrasound, and the phononic crystal plate has an artificial cycle structure, and is used to modulate the acoustic field so as to control the particles. The method provides a new means for drug delivery, and offers technical support for drug research and development.
