摘要： The filter for gel shearing and particle filtration of molten polymer has a first layer of metal fibers of an average equivalent diameter between 8 and 65 μm. The cross-section of the metal fibers has two neighboring straight sides with an included angle of less than 90° and one or more irregularly shaped curved sides. The metal fibers have an average length of at least 6 mm. The metal fibers are bonded to each other by metal bonds; where the metal of the metal fibers of the first layer is the bonding agent forming the metal bonds. The filter has a second layer of metal fibers. The average equivalent diameter of the metal fibers of the second layer is smaller than the average equivalent diameter of the metal fibers of the first layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a polyimide-based macromolecular compound which is produced by using DOCDA and one or more diamines selected from the group consisting of MDA, ODA, PDA, TDA, TrMPD, TeMPD and MBCA; and a gas-separation asymmetrical hollow-fibre membrane comprising the same. The polyimide-based macromolecular compound according to the present invention can advantageously be used in the production of a gas-separation hollow-fibre membrane having an asymmetrical structure since the said compound is highly viscous due to a high molecular weight in addition to having outstanding gas permeability and high selectivity while having excellent high heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties and being outstandingly soluble in polar organic solvents.

摘要： A kneading extruder includes a barrel having an extrusion port through which kneaded material including first and second liquid raw material is extruded, and a screw shaft placed in the barrel, the screw shaft kneading the first and second raw material to produce the kneaded material in melted state. A screw driving device continuously rotates the screw shaft at a constant speed, and a die communicates with the extrusion port of the barrel, the die having an extrusion port through which the kneaded material in a pressurized state is extruded. An ejection device ejects a portion of the kneaded material between the extrusion port of the barrel and the extrusion port of the die, the ejection device including an ejection quantity regulating unit for regulating the ejection quantity of the kneaded material so that the pressure of the kneaded material at the extrusion port of the barrel is kept constant.
