    • An over-the-door knob holder hook provides a user with a multitude of hooks which includes interchangeable knobs. The apparatus includes a bracing bridge, a first hook assembly, and a second hook assembly. The bracing bridge attaches the first hook assembly and the second hook assembly to a door. The first hook assembly and the second hook assembly each include an elongated leg portion, an interchangeable accessory knob, a lateral portion, and a lip portion. The interchangeable accessory knob is removably mounted to a front surface of the elongated leg portion. The lateral portion is adjacently and perpendicularly connected to the front surface. The lip portion is adjacently and perpendicularly connected to the lateral portion, opposite the elongated leg portion. The elongated leg portion is adjacently and perpendicularly connected to the bracing bridge to position the first and second hook assemblies on opposite sides of the bracing bridge.

    • The lock has a rotatable latch. The latch is mounted for movement between a position wherein it engages a fixed part of the vehicle to secure the door in the closed position and a position remote from the fixed part of the vehicle such that the door can be opened. A latch movement preventing member is moveable relative to the latch between a position remote from the path of movement of the latch, wherein the latch is free to disengage the fixed part of the truck, and a position intersecting the path of the latch, wherein movement of the latch to disengage the fixed part of the truck is blocked. A pair of magnets are oriented to force the member to move from its remote position, against the action of a spring, to its intersecting position, to prevent the latch from disengaging the fixed part of the truck.

    • A protective enclosure for protecting well head equipment at a surface location is made up of an open framework of structural members which surround and protect the well head. Individual steel panels are assembled to form a series of upstanding walls which are covered by a series of roof panels and which together define the quasi-enclosed area surrounding the well head. The roof panels are covered with a steel grating which forms a covered roof for the protective enclosure. The tubing which makes up the steel panels is spaced to allow access to the enclosed area by a worker needing to access the well head. The steel panels are joined with lever latch and keeper assemblies which facilitate the job of disassembling the enclosure. The upright panels also have telescoping legs which can be extended and cemented into the ground for added stability.

    • A sash lock for single- and double-hung window installations having upper and lower sashes having respective lower and upper check rails. The sash lock includes a latch for being pivotably mounted to the upper check rail of the lower sash, and a catch for being fixedly secured to the lower check rail of the upper sash. The latch includes a draw member, and the catch has a concave surface for being slidably engaged by the draw member. The concave surface is configured so that when the draw member is increasingly engaged with the catch the sash lock forces the upper and lower sashes into proper vertical alignment with one another regardless of whether upper check rail of the lower sash is initially above or below the lower check rail of the upper sash.
