摘要： Frac pumps have liners for a suction manifold that is adapted to provide fluid to a plurality of intake ports of a multi-unit reciprocating pump. The liners comprise a compressible, resilient body. The compressible, resilient body is carried within the suction manifold. When installed in the suction manifold, the body defines a channel extending through the manifold that is adapted to convey fluid from an inlet of the suction manifold to the intake ports of the pump units. The cross-sectional area of the channel diminishes along the direction of flow through the channel.

Each fluid end section is made of a housing having a discharge bore and an intake bore formed therein. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing and between the discharge and intake bores. The fluid routing plug carries seals that engage sealing surfaces formed within the housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear within each housing.

摘要： A piston pump and a piston motor are provided. The piston pump includes a cylinder body, a piston, a main shaft, an end cover, and an oil dispensing mechanism. The oil dispensing mechanism includes an oil suction mechanism and an oil discharging mechanism. A roller is mounted on the piston, and the roller is rotatablely connected to the piston. A driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and the driving wheel is mounted in cooperation with the main shaft or is integrally formed with the main shaft. A driving groove is formed on the driving wheel, and a roller-path surface of the driving groove is a curved surface. The size of the driving groove is adapted to the size of an outer circle of the roller. The main shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to further drive the piston to move along the cylinder bore.

The inlet valve (24) has a valve member (34) which can be moved between and open position and a closed position. An electromagnetic actuator (60) is provided, by means of which the valve member (34) can be moved, wherein the electromagnetic actuator (60) has an armature (68) which acts at least indirectly on the valve member (34), a magnet coil (64) which surrounds the armature (68), and a magnetic core (66) against which the armature (68) comes to rest at least indirectly when current is applied to the magnet coil (64), wherein the armature (68) is movably guided in a carrier element (78), and the carrier element (78) and the magnetic core (66) are interconnected. The carrier element (78) and the magnetic core (66) are interconnected by a sleeve-shaped connection element (90) which is integrally bonded in a first connection region (92) to the carrier element (78) and/or the magnetic core (66), and interlockingly engages the carrier element and/or the magnetic core in a second connection region (94) offset relative to the first connection region (92) in the direction of the longitudinal axis (91) of the connection element (90).

A solenoid actuated inlet valve is disposed in series with the inlet passageway and movable between an open position and a closed position. A core is mounted to the housing while an anchor is aligned along an axis with the core in the housing. The anchor mechanically contacts the valve member so that the anchor displaces the valve member between its open and closed position as the anchor moves between a first and a second position. The facing ends of the anchor and core are shaped so that only a portion of the area of those ends come in contact with each other when the solenoid is energized and the anchor is in its second position thereby reducing the impact sound.
