摘要： A hydraulic brake system for a vehicle, including: a wheel brake device configured to generate a braking force based on a pressure of a working fluid; a first brake system including a high-pressure source device including an accumulator and a first pump device that is driven intermittently such that a pressure of the working fluid in the accumulator is not lower than a set lower limit pressure and not higher than a set upper limit pressure; a second brake system including a second pump device; and a main power source that supplies electricity to the first and second brake systems, wherein the hydraulic brake system includes an auxiliary power source that supplies electricity to the first brake system when a failure occurs in the main power source, and wherein the first pump device is continuously driven when the failure occurs irrespective of the pressure in the accumulator.

摘要： An actuator assembly has a ball screw drive, having a ball screw spindle rotatably mounted about a spindle axis and on which a spindle nut is received, wherein at least one thread track is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the ball screw spindle, which track extends over less than 360° of the circumference of the ball screw spindle. A ball return is arranged on the outer circumferential surface for each thread track and connects a beginning and an end of the thread track to one another. A ball race for the balls is formed in a separate insert, which is inserted into a depression arranged in the outer circumferential surface. To produce the ball screw spindle, a thread is introduced into the outer circumferential surface of the ball screw spindle and at least one depression is introduced into the outer circumferential surface. The depression defines the beginning and end of a thread track. The insert is inserted into the depression in such a way that its ball race adjoins the beginning and the end of the thread track.

摘要： An electric brake comprises a brake mechanism that transmits a thrust generated by driving an electric motor to a piston that moves brake pads pressed against a disc rotor; a thrust sensor that detects the thrust applied to the piston; a rotation angle sensor that detects a rotational position of the electric motor; and a rear electric brake ECU that controls the driving of the electric motor on the basis of a braking command. The rear electric brake ECU detects an abnormality in the brake mechanism from a detected value of the thrust sensor and a detected value of the rotation angle sensor in response to the braking command which are obtained when the electric motor is driven.

摘要： Some embodiments relate to an electro-mechanical actuator that includes a screw, structurally segregated (split) housings, first and second nuts coupled to the screw, a sensor assembly, a plurality of motors, and a controller. The first nut is coupled to a first mounting point, and the second nut is coupled to a second mounting point. The sensor assembly may generate signals indicative of (e.g., relative) positions of left and right units of the actuator or positions of the first nut and the second nut on the screw. The controller controls the motors based on the signals generated by the sensor assembly. The motors may rotate each nut about a screw axis of the screw. This rotation results in one or both nuts moving along the screw. Movement between the first nut and the second nut along the screw adjusts a distance between the first mounting point and the second mounting point.
