摘要： The proposal is for an improved expansion device for a drum brake having an integrated readjustment unit having a readjusting screw which can be locked therein by a spring-loaded latching unit which, for a reliable readjustment function with a reduced level of force, provides for the latching unit to allow a defined idle rotation of the readjusting screw, which is defined structurally by a first stop acting in a first direction of revolution and a second stop acting in the opposite direction of revolution.

摘要： In an electric parking brake device configured in such a way that a parking brake state resulting from pulling of a brake cable is released by loosening the brake cable, the brake cable is formed by twisting together a plurality of wires and the direction of twisting is rotational direction of the nut when the brake cable is pulled. This makes it possible to reduce an operating sound and to reduce wear of members constituting a rotation restricting device.

摘要： A bracket for a brake assembly and a brake actuator includes a unitary body including a tube configured to receive a camshaft of the brake assembly and an actuator mounting arm disposed proximate a first end of the tube and configured to receive the brake actuator. In some embodiments, the tube includes one or more helical ribs formed on a radially inner surface. The bracket further includes either a brake spider or a brake spider mounting flange disposed proximate a second end of the tube. In either embodiment, material may be omitted in various locations to reduce the weight of the bracket. The bracket may be formed through an additive manufacturing process and in a manner that achieve at least one of a predetermined torsional stiffness and attenuation of a predetermined natural frequency.

摘要： Disclosed are an electric wheel assembly applicable for a parallelly mounted dual-tire wheel, an axle, and a vehicle. The electric wheel assembly includes a wheel and support axle assembly, an internal-rotor hub motor, a planetary gear reducer and a brake system. A planetary carrier is connected to a hub. The hub is connected to a spoke and a rim. The wheel support axle passes through a rotor sleeve and is provided with a hub bearing to support the hub and a whole wheel. A sun gear disposed at an end of the rotor sleeve of the internal-rotor hub motor is a power input of the planetary gear speed reducer, and the planetary carrier is a power output. A planetary gear of the planetary gear reducer is a tower-shaped gear and realizes a relatively high transmission ratio under a condition that an axial length is relatively small.

摘要： A drum brake assembly includes a brake drum, a brake shoe and lining assembly operably displaceable to contact the brake drum, and an electric actuator assembly. The electric actuator assembly has an electric motor with an output shaft, a gear reduction driven by the output shaft, a linear translation assembly having a gear nut driven by the gear reduction, and a connection portion of the linear translation assembly. The output shaft drives the gear reduction through a suitable gear type that can convert a rotation torque of the output shaft to the gear reduction at a right angle. The linear translation assembly linearly translates when the gear nut is driven. As a result of the linear translation, the connection portion actuates the brake shoe and lining assembly to contact the brake drum.

摘要： An expansion device for drum brakes, which is floatingly and approximately centrally arranged between two substantially symmetrical brake shoes, the expansion device including at least two gear levers articulated to each other and each supported on a brake shoe, at least one of the gear levers of the expansion lock being coupled to an actuating element of an actuator system such that the brake shoes carry out an even, translationally directed expanding movement, which is converted by a gearing, in the direction of the brake drum. At least one of the gear levers of the spreader lock has a spring element integrated into it that can be elastically reversibly deformed by a brake application force about a defined elasticity ΔS of at least 1 mm in a defined manner.

摘要： An expanding device for actuating one of the brake shoes of a drum brake includes a body of revolution and transmission bodies actuated by the body of revolution via ball track ramps. A spacer body is located between two partial bodies of the body of revolution, the spacer body guided by an adjustment spring keeping the partial bodies at the respectively reached distance. The spacer body is screwed onto a pin on the first partial body. A readjustment nut ensures that, when the two partial bodies are pushed apart, the spacer body rotates on the pin and moves away from a supporting surface on a partition of the second partial body. Upon renewed actuation of the brakes, the readjustment nut is guided such that the spacer body bears against the second partial body), but takes up a different position on the pin, the position corresponding to the air clearance readjustment.
