摘要： An adjustable blowdown safety valve is provided for use on a pressure vessel or a flow line with a pressurized fluid therein. In the preferred embodiment, the adjustable blowdown safety valve comprises a body with a closed bonnet and a chamber therein and an inlet and an outlet; the inlet including a valve seat; a disk member with an attached stem member closable on the valve seat; a mechanism in the body biasing the disk member to rest on the valve seat; a guide member supported in the bonnet to guide and limit disk member movement; and a skirt member affixed to the body, which surrounds the disk member and defines a uniform flow area in combination with a blowdown ring. The presented adjustable blowdown safety valve has improvements, which remove detriments to disk member movement, resulting in an adjustable blowdown safety valve with predictable performance and improved reliability.

摘要： Provide is a relief valve in which the flexibility of an attaching position is higher than a conventional relief valve. In the relief valve of the present invention, a discharge hole for discharging a fluid is arranged on a side surface of a cylindrical portion which protrudes from an end surface of a head portion in a bolt-type valve body. A direction change member which changes a direction in which the discharge hole is open to an arbitrary direction is provided. In this way, the relief valve is attached to a fluid device, and then with the direction change member, it is possible to direct the fluid discharge direction to a desired direction, and accordingly, the flexibility of the attaching position of the relief valve is enhanced as compared with the conventional relief valve.

摘要： Embodiments disclose a fluidic safety valve comprising a valve housing including at least one fluid inlet opening and at least one fluid outlet opening. A closing element, guided in the valve housing, is preloaded by a spring element at a predetermined preloading force toward a closed position of the safety valve. In the closed position, a fluid flow from the at least one fluid inlet opening toward the at least one fluid outlet opening is blocked. When a predetermined fluid pressure is reached, the closing element moves toward an open position of the safety valve, enabling a fluid flow from the at least one fluid inlet opening toward the at least one fluid outlet opening. The valve housing is sealed by a valve housing sealing element comprising an effective fluid pressure force surface coupled to the closing element and configured to carry along the closing element relative to the housing.

The first and second retention legs of the valve plug are spaced apart from one another, extend from a leg base positioned at the sealing side of the valve head to a distal end of the retention leg, and comprise respective seating regions, tapered transition regions, and clearance regions. Each of the respective seating regions comprises a spring engaging hook structurally configured to receive a seating portion of the pressure relief spring. The pressure relief spring is compressed between the orifice surround and the spring engaging hooks to bias the pressure sensitive valve assembly towards the closed state.

In an embodiment, a tubular member for fluid transport has a valve constructed within a wall of the tubular member for controlling a radial flow of fluid, such as water, oil, or gas, through the wall without impeding the flow of fluid or tools through the tubular member or near the exterior of the tubular member. The low profile valve may be used, for example, in the oil and gas industries as a pressure relief valve or check valve. When used as a pressure relief valve, a load member such as a spring, strap, or rocker arm maintains a backpressure on the valve. Example low profile valves can provide flow control from within a very thin annulus between other components.
