摘要： Provided is an optical-electrical composite cable in which, even if the entire optical-electrical composite cable having an optical fiber routed along flexible flat wiring boards is made thin, the optical fiber is not deformed or damaged by a large bending stress. A pair of the flexible flat wiring boards are disposed on a front surface side and a rear surface side of the optical fiber, and a covering member integrates the entirety thereof. Thus, even if the optical-electrical composite cable is made thin, the cable is not bent with a large curvature without deformation of the optical fiber.

摘要： A flat cable wiring structure includes an operation mechanism that detects a physical operation made on an operating surface and outputs a detection signal, a control board, disposed facing the operating surface of the operation mechanism, that outputs a driving signal for imparting vibration to the operation mechanism on the basis of the detection signal, and a flat cable that electrically connects the operation mechanism and the control board. The flat cable includes a routing portion that extends from the operation mechanism to the control board along a movement direction of the operation mechanism. The routing portion includes a bending portion that bends at a bending angle allowing the routing portion to be routed along the control board.

摘要： A cable arrangement for feeding power and signals to downhole equipment, such as an electrically submersible pump (6), within an oil or gas well, comprising an upper suspension element (15), a lower connector (22), a docking station (11′) for the downhole equipment coupled to said connector (22), and a cable (8a), comprising lines for power and signal. The cable extends between, and is coupled to, the upper suspension element (15) and the lower connector (22). The docking station (11′) is adapted for attachment to the inner surface of a production tubing (5), that a narrow gap is formed between the production tubing (5) and the downhole equipment (6). The cable (8) is shaped to fit inside the gap by having a first dimension in the radial direction of the gap, which is smaller than the gap and a second dimension in the tangential direction of the gap, which is substantially larger than the first dimension.

The housing has a mounting surface which is provided at an opening edge of a housing space for housing the stopper member-and on which the flat cable is to be placed, and recesses into which protrusions of the flat cable placed on the mounting surface are to be fitted. The flat cable is placed on the mounting surface, and then, the stopper member is inserted into the housing space of the housing. In this way, the stopper member is attached to the housing with the flat cable being supported on the attachment surface.

摘要： An insulating varnish forms an insulating coating film having a shape that corresponds to the shape of an opening of a die, having a uniform thickness. The insulating varnish is applied onto a surface of a conductor, subsequently passes through a die to remove the excess applied insulating varnish, and is then dried or baked to form an insulating coating film on the surface of the conductor. The insulating varnish has a viscosity of 10 Pa·s or more measured by a B-type viscometer at 30° C. The insulating varnish preferably contains no filler, and is preferably a polyimide precursor solution. Since the insulating varnish has a high viscosity, baking and solidification can be performed while maintaining a shape formed when the insulating varnish passes through a die.

The enamel coating prior to baking includes a maximum surface curvature on each of the rounded corners of the wire, and a depression on at least one of the flat surfaces of the wire, the depression has a maximum surface curvature. The maximum surface curvature of the depression is larger than the maximum surface curvature of the enamel coating prior to baking on at least one of the rounded corners thereof.
