摘要： A coating device configured to apply a coating liquid to both surfaces of a substrate that has a sheet shape and is transported. The coating device includes: a pair of blocks facing each other in a thickness direction of the substrate; and a liquid reservoir that is formed such that the coating liquid is accumulated in a gap between the pair of blocks, and through which the substrate passes, wherein the liquid reservoir includes: an introduction port that is opened on an upstream side in a transport direction of the substrate and through which the substrate is introduced, a discharge port that is opened on a downstream side in the transport direction and through which the substrate is discharged, and side surface portions respectively positioned on both sides in a width direction intersecting the transport direction, at least a side surface portion on one side of the both sides in the width direction among the side surface portions has an exposure port that is opened from the introduction port to the discharge port, and a part of the substrate in the width direction is configured to protrude from the exposure port to an outside of the liquid reservoir.

In certain embodiments, pressurization systems, methods, and apparatuses are used in conjunction with coating systems, methods, and apparatuses to control pressure about a substrate after a coating material is applied to a surface of the substrate. An exemplary system includes a die tool configured to apply a coating material to a substrate passing through the die tool and a pressurization apparatus attached to the die tool and forming a pressurization chamber. The pressurization apparatus is configured to receive the substrate from the die tool and control pressure about the substrate in the pressurization chamber. In certain embodiments, the die tool forms a coating chamber and is configured to apply the coating material on at least one surface of the substrate in the coating chamber.

The optical fiber re-coating device includes: a resin reservoir tank that stores the resin which is before subjected to curing; a pump that supplies the resin stored in the resin reservoir tank to an optical fiber coater; and an air bubble separator that separates air bubbles included in the resin from the pump therefrom, sends the resin from which the air bubbles are separated to the optical fiber coater, and returns the resin including the separated air bubbles to the resin reservoir tank.

摘要： An automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube includes a polishing device, a washing device, a first drying device, a printing device, a painting device and a second drying device centrally disposed along an identical axis in sequence to form an automatic production line. The polishing device includes feeding mechanisms disposed on two sides of a frame respectively and a positioning-polishing mechanism disposed between the feeding mechanisms. The printing device includes a supporting mechanism and a rolling-printing mechanism mounted on the frame. The disclosure aims at providing an automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube and a processing method thereof, combining the polishing device, the printing device and the painting device as a whole. Separate processes such as polishing, printing and painting of the conventional carbon fiber tube are integrated to achieve the automatic production in the production line, which can significantly speed up the schedule.

摘要： A web transport system for transporting a web of media along a web-transport path includes a fluid bar for guiding the web of media, and first and second fluid shields positioned proximate to first and second ends of the fluid bar. A liquid is pumped through holes in an exterior bearing surface of the fluid bar into a region between the web of media and the bearing surface of the fluid bar, thereby pushing the web of media away from the fluid bar. The fluid shields are positioned to redirect fluid that is ejected from the region between the web of media and the bearing surface of the fluid bar along the edges of the web of media.
