By fixing the brackets and a casing with screws, a reactor main body and the casing are fixed together. Openings formed by a partition wall that suppresses a direct application of a resin flowing from resin-filling portions to the fasteners are provided between the respective fasteners and the respective resin-filling portions. A protrusion extending in an opposite direction to a core and in parallel with the partition wall is provided between the resin-filling portions and the partition wall. The resin flowing from the resin-filling portion flows in between a core upper face and the fastener, and between a fastener surface located behind the partition wall and the internal surface of a die.

摘要： A reactor includes a coil formed by connecting a pair of coil elements configured by a wound wire, and magnetic core. The reactor for an on-vehicle converter converts an input voltage. Electricity applying conditions include a maximum DC current of 100 A or higher and 1000 A or lower, an average voltage of 100 V or higher and 1000 V or smaller, and a usable frequency of 5 kHz or higher and 100 kHz or smaller. The magnetic core is obtained by combining a plurality of divided core pieces without a gap provided. All the divided core pieces are made of hardened compact obtained by hardening resin of composite material containing magnetic powder and the resin. A distance between an inner peripheral surface of the coil element and an outer peripheral surface of the magnetic core opposite to the inner peripheral surface is 0.1 mm or more and 2 mm or less.

The coil segments are electrically connected together and are adjacent, defining a space there-between. A plurality of cooling duct pairs are disposed between certain of the layers in each of the first and second coil segments such that, for each cooling duct pair, an end of a cooling duct disposed in the first coil segment is adjacent to an end of a cooling duct disposed in the second coil segment, with the ends being disposed in the space. A connector connects the adjacent ends of each pair of cooling ducts.
