摘要： A contact module for a circuit breaker is disclosed, comprising: a base, a cover, an operation mechanism, at least three kinds of asymmetrical single-pole switches and a release mechanism. The cover is mounted on the base to form a space, where the mechanisms and the switches are disposed. The operation mechanism is connected to one switch; the release mechanism to the at least three switches. Each switch comprises a strong side and a weak side. For each switch, there is a thick contact housing on the strong side connected to a thick shaft, and a thin one on the weak side connected to a thin shaft. A rotor component has a single contact spring mounted on the weak side. Rotation shafts are connected by a linkage shaft to connect the single-pole switches; a strong side of one switch is connected to a weak side of another switch.

摘要： The present invention relates to a control mechanism for the displacement of at least one moving contact of a low-voltage circuit-breaking device. The control mechanism comprises elastic means operatively connectable to the moving contact, at least a first element of which is operatively connected to a second element by means of pin-shaped connection means. The first and second elements each comprise a pair of facing lateral portions that are connected by a transverse portion. The pin-shaped connection means comprise a pair of pin-shaped ends, each of which emerges from one side of a lateral portion of the first element. Said pin-shaped means also comprise a pair of seats, each of which is defined on a lateral portion of the second element. Each pin-shaped end is inserted in a corresponding seat so as to configure an axis of mutual rotation between the first and the second elements. The elastic means are arranged so as to exert a retaining force on the pin-shaped ends sufficient to keep them coupled to the corresponding seats in which they are inserted.

摘要： A pressure sensitive trip mechanism for actuating a circuit breaker operating mechanism to trip a circuit breaker includes a trip lever and a trip bar. The trip lever is rotatable about a first pivot. The trip bar is positioned proximate the trip lever. The trip bar is arranged to rotate about a second pivot in response to a predetermined level of pressurized gas created by separation of the pair of electrical contacts, thereby urging the trip lever to unlatch the circuit breaker operating mechanism. The pressure sensitive trip mechanism provides for very fast tripping of the circuit breaker in the event of a short circuit condition or an overcurrent fault condition within any one on the circuit breaker poles. In a multiple circuit breaker, the present invention provides for protection against single-phasing.
