摘要： A machine tool includes three mutually independent data transmission mechanisms. The data transmission mechanisms include respective transmission units which assign codes for detecting errors to data acquired from the output of sensors, and which transmit the data. A machine controller includes an operation judgment unit which judges whether operation of a feed axis motor is continued. The operation judgment unit judges that operation is continued when there are two pieces of data for which a relationship between the data and the code matches a rule, and the two pieces of data are within a predetermined judgment range. The operation judgment unit judges that the feed axis motor is stopped when at least one of the pieces of data for which the relationship matches the rule deviates from the judgment range.

摘要： A control device for a switched reluctance motor includes an inverter having a switching circuit that switches a magnetic pole to provide a first winding pattern or a second winding pattern. With respect to a boundary dividing a driving range of the switched reluctance motor into two ranges, the control device performs switching to the first winding pattern when the torque and the rotational speed are located in the first range on the low load side, performs switching to the second winding pattern when the torque and the rotational speed are located in the second range, allows switching of the magnetic pole in a case where a current of the phase whose magnetic pole is to be switched among the three-phase coils is 0, and prohibits switching of the magnetic pole in a case where the current of the phase whose magnetic pole is to be switched is not 0.

The system and method include: determining the rotor position and the rotor polarity by means of discrete signal injection for the range between standstill up to low rotational speed; determining the rotor position by means of continuous signal injection at a rotational speed that is lower than a first changeover speed; determining the rotor position by means of back EMF at a rotational speed that is higher than the first changeover speed; wherein by means of a motor control system, depending on the rotational speed, a switch is made between rotor position determination by continuous signal injection and rotor position determination by back EMF; and wherein during movement of the rotor, the rotor polarity and/or the rotor position are/is monitored and optionally adjusted at a point in time using the rotor polarity and/or the rotor position at a previous point in time.

摘要： A method for operating a brushless direct current motor wherein, by the energization of a plurality of armature coils which are arranged on a stator and form a three-phase current winding for generating a rotating field which rotates around the stator, and having three terminals, a rotating field is generated in order to drive a rotor, which is rotatable about an axis of rotation relative to the stator and has at least two opposing permanent magnet poles. For the determination of the position of the rotor relative to the stator a measurement voltage signal is applied between a first and second of the terminals, a resulting voltage is measured on a third of the terminals, a gradient value which indicates the gradient of the resulting voltage in a time interval is determined with reference to the progression over time of the resulting voltage.

摘要： To achieve smooth switching of control without fluctuations in speed and torque, an excitation current command is allowed to transit linearly or in accordance with the function of speed between a value under sensorless vector control and a value under low-speed region control in accordance with a speed command or estimated speed in a speed region where the control is switched or in an adjacent speed region where sensorless vector control is performed. Therefore, abrupt variations in excitation current are reduced before and after the switching of the control.
