摘要： A compensation method for a characteristic difference of a photoelectric element is disclosed. The method includes (S1) providing a test substrate with a connector, a photoelectric element and a plurality of gain units, wherein the plurality of gain units are connected in parallel, and each gain unit includes a gain resistor and a disconnection port; (S2) connecting the connector to a test fixture which includes a test resistor and a test control unit, wherein when the test fixture is connected with the connector, the test resistor is electrically connected between the second pin and the third pin; (S3) providing input power to the connector so as to generate a test voltage on the photoelectric element; (S4) selecting the corresponding gain unit according to the test voltage and a classification data table; (S5) driving a production line to connect the first contact and the second contact of the selected gain unit.

摘要： One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method for operating an amplifier, the amplifier including a variable resistor coupled between a source of a first input transistor and a source of a second input transistors, and a variable capacitor coupled between the source of the first input transistor and the source of the second input transistor. The method includes adjusting a resistance of the variable resistor to adjust a low-frequency gain of the amplifier, and adjusting a capacitance of the variable capacitor in an opposite direction as the adjustment to the resistance of the variable resistor.

In one embodiment, a method of biasing a power amplifier includes shaping an enable signal using a time-dependent signal generator to generate a control current, amplifying the control current using a current amplifier to generate a correction current, and generating a bias current for a power amplifier using a primary biasing circuit. The primary biasing circuit is configured to use the correction current to correct for a variation in gain of the power amplifier when the power amplifier is enabled.

摘要： A first transconductance cell having a differential input voltage ΔV1 and a forced output current ΔI1, has a bias set by a feedback loop. A second transconductance cell having a differential input voltage ΔV2 and using the same biasing as the first cell has analytically identical transconductance. The second transconductance cell produces an output current ΔI2 dependent on the product of the output current ΔI1 of the first transconductance cell and the quotient of the second differential input voltage ΔV2, and the first differential input voltage ΔV1. The adaptive transconductance cells can be used to generate mathematic functions such as multiplication and division.

The circuit further includes a second power amplifier stage configured in parallel with the first power amplifier stage having an input to receive the input signal, an output coupled to the output node, the second power amplifier stage receiving the time-varying power supply voltage. A first gain of the first power amplifier stage decreases when the power supply voltage is in a first low voltage range, and a second gain of the second power amplifier stage compensates for the decreasing gain of the first power amplifier stage in the first low voltage range.

摘要： A distortion compensation system minimizes distortion in an audio system by monitoring a supply voltage and adjusting a clipping threshold and/or compression knee. An adjustable gain circuit controls the gain of the audio signal according whether the audio signal exceeds a variable threshold. The variable threshold is adjusted within a threshold range based on the supply voltage. Distortion due to clipping of the audio signal is minimized while available power at any given time is maximized.
