摘要： According to an embodiment, an active inductor has a first conductivity type MOS transistor with a source that is connected to an electrical power source supply line and a drain that is connected to an output terminal. It has a capacitance between a gate of the first conductivity type MOS transistor and the electrical power source supply line. It has a diode element that is connected between a drain and a gate of the first conductivity type transistor. It has an electric current source that supplies a bias electric current in a forward direction to the diode element.

摘要： A differential circuit topology that produces a tunable floating negative inductance, negative capacitance, negative resistance/conductance, or a combination of the three. These circuits are commonly referred to as “non-Foster circuits.” The disclosed embodiments of the circuits comprises two differential pairs of transistors that are cross-coupled, a load immittance, multiple current sources, two Common-Mode FeedBack (CMFB) networks, at least one tunable (variable) resistance, and two terminals across which the desired immittance is present. The disclosed embodiments of the circuits may be configured as either a Negative Impedance Inverter (NII) or a Negative Impedance Converter (NIC) and as either Open-Circuit-Stable (OCS) and Short-Circuit-Stable (SCS).

The electronic inductance circuit comprises a main circuit path along an inductor and a source terminal and a drain terminal of a FET between the input terminal and the output terminal of said electronic inductance circuit, in which said inductor is connected to said source terminal of said FET; a resistor and a freewheeling diode individually connected to said inductor in parallel; and a secondary circuit path along a capacitor connected with a second resistor in series between said input terminal and said output terminal, which is connected to said main circuit path in parallel. The solutions of the present invention achieve larger direct current power supply for the 2-wire intercom system and stable alternating current impedance with fast response to the DC power supply.
