摘要： A stirring apparatus includes a bed, a column, a revolution shaft, a revolution driving device, a support member, and a stirring unit. The revolution shaft is supported by the column and extends in a horizontal direction. The revolution driving device rotates the revolution shaft about a first center line being an axis of the revolution shaft. The support member is fixed to the revolution shaft. The stirring unit includes cups and a self-rotation mechanism. The cups are disposed on a circumference centered on the first center line via the support member. The self-rotation mechanism rotates the cups about a second center line passing through a center of the cups. The cups is provided in an inclined manner so that a perpendicular from the center of a bottom plate to the first center line is shorter than a perpendicular from the center of an opening to the first center line.

摘要： A stirring container and a stirring apparatus are provided. The stirring container includes a barrel and a plurality of stirring paddles. The barrel is defined with an inner surface, an outer surface, and a center axis. The first opening and a second opening are located at two ends of the center axis; and the paddles are fixed on the inner surface of the barrel and extend from the first opening to the second opening and the extending directions thereof are skewed to the center axis. The stirring apparatus includes the aforesaid stirring container, a supporting structure and a rotation module. The supporting structure connects to the outer surface of the barrel to make the barrel rotatable and covers the second opening. The rotation module connects to the outer surface to rotate the stirring container. Thereby, the stirring container and the stirring apparatus can provide better stirring results.

摘要： A pelletizing process, having two distinct serial stages. In the first stage, crude (or green) pellets of a given ore, or a mixture of ores (such as iron ore, manganese ore and other minerals), are produced, while in the second stage, a Device for Improvement of Crude Pellets, is used. The Device includes a slightly elastic and smooth surface, with reduced attrition rate, that may be striated, and that, encircled in itself, forms a cylindrical geometric hollow figure supported by a metallic structure, also cylindrical, with the set forming a finishing drum. The Device rotates with an inner and continuous charge of ore pellets, and can rearrange the structure of such pellets, improving their physical quality: compressive strength, sphericity and surface finishing, and assimilate fines generated during previous processes. This device allows application of diverse materials to the pellets to add required extra properties per specificities of subsequent industrial processes.
