摘要： Disclosed is a method for producing a profiled semi-finished plastic product from flexible web material, including: providing a plurality of webs of flexible material, —continuously and simultaneously feeding the webs of material to and along a plurality of shaping pieces arranged next to each other, folding each web of material around a respective shaping piece to form a body and an edge strip which projects transversely with respect to the body,—causing the edge strips of different webs of material to at least partly cover each other, impregnating the webs of flexible material provided or the assembly of webs of material with folded-over edge strips covering each other with a hardenable unit, causing the hardenable unit to harden to form the profiled semi-finished plastic product, wherein open spaces remain between two neighbouring bodies and edge strips.

摘要： An elongate hollow structure and method of constructing the hollow structure is described, whereby the hollow structure includes a radially inner portion and a radially outer portion adapted to be merged together to form a tubular wall structure. The method includes providing the radially inner portion, providing the radially outer portion about the radially inner portion, wherein a space exists between the radially inner and outer portions, the space containing a gas therein, and expanding the inner portion. The gas within the space between the inner and outer portions is arranged to be expelled as the inner portion is expanded.

摘要： A tubular liner for pipelines includes an inner tubular film and a fiber material layer located on the film and impregnated with a reactive resin curable under UV light. The film contains a styrene-proof and thermally weldable carrier material having a laminated non-woven layer on its outer side facing the fiber material. The carrier material includes an overlapping region along the film. Edge sections of the carrier material are thermally welded together in the overlapping region. The non-woven layer on the outer side of the radially inner lower edge section in the overlapping region is thermally welded to the carrier material on the lower side of the radially outer upper edge section, and the radially outer upper edge section in the overlapping region has a structure on its outer side enabling a durable adhesion of reactive resin. A method for manufacturing the tubular liner is provided.

摘要： A method for manufacturing high speed pressure compensator-type drip irrigation tubes and the tubes obtained thereby having absolute radial orientation of molecular chains, the orientation imparting strength as well as flexibility to the tube material. The said method comprises extruding a tube using a plurality of extruders; blowing up the extruded tube by introducing a pressure inside the tube relatively higher than the pressure outside the tube; drawing the blown tube simultaneously to the blowing of tube; flattening the blown tube by heat welding the collapsed halves together and forming a tape immediately, subsequent to the process of blowing and drawing the tube; extrusion of a bonding polymer on one border of the tape; printing flow channels into the hot and viscous bonding polymer; and forming a tube by lengthwise folding the tape and heat welding the overlapping borders together using the bonding polymer.

摘要： A resin impregnated cured in place liner with an integral inner impermeable layer, a method for its manufacture and an apparatus to do this are provided. The liner is formed from a resin impregnable material having an impermeable layer bonded to one surface. The material is formed into tubular shape with the impermeable layer on the outside of the tube about a tubular forming member and continuously everted into the tubular forming device to place the impermeable layer on the inside. An outer impermeable film is placed about the inner tubular layer and may be impregnated with vacuum in the usual manner. Alternatively, the tubular resin impregnable material may be passed through a resin tank and impregnated with a curable resin prior to being wrapped with an outer impermeable layer. The impregnated liner is then suitable for pull-in-and-inflate which can be by steam in view of the integral inner impermeable layer of the liner.

摘要： In a device for the formation of the longitudinal seam of a tubular foil, a flexible foil is placed around a formatting tube by means of a formatting shoulder. The device has a transporting device for moving of the foil and the formed tubular foil. The invention provides two opposingly rotating sealing bands which are pressed against one another clamping the two longitudinal edges o the foil for welding of the longitudinal seam of the tubular foil. One of the sealing bands can be heated by means of a heating device. Both sealing bands can be heated and the device designed as a tubular bagging machine. The invention has the advantage that the deflection of the longitudinal seam from its true path is avoided.
