摘要： A reactive antibacterial compound and a preparation method thereof are provided herein. The reactive antibacterial compound is represented by the general formula (I) or (II): wherein R1 represents OCN-L-NHCOOR′, OCN-L-NHCONHR′, OCN-L-NHCOSR′, OCN-L-COOR′, or OCN-L-COONHR′. G1 represents OCN-M-NHCOOG′, OCN-M-NHCONHG′, OCN-M-NHCOSG′, OCN-M-COOG′, or OCN-M-COONHG′. L, M, R′ and G′ independently for each occurrence represent divalent alkyl and cycloalkyl having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by up to 18 heteroatoms. R4 and G4 independently for each occurrence represent a divalent alkyl and cycloalkyl having from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by at most 18 heteroatoms. G2 and G3 independently for each occurrence represent —H, —F, —Cl, —Br, —I, —OCH3, —OCH2CH3, —OPr, —CN, —SCN, —NO, —NO2, a monovalent unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, or aryl having from 1 to 7 carbon atoms. Z and X independently for each occurrence represent —COO, —SO3, or —OPO2OR5. R5 represents a monovalent unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, or aryl having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms.

摘要： Described herein is a continuous process for modifying the properties of polyester and polyester based fibers, such as a poly(butylene terephthalate) (PBT) fiber, comprising subjecting the PBT fiber to alkaline hydrolysis, and optionally further comprising functionalizing the PBT fiber by solution grafting such as fluorination. The alkaline hydrolysis and optionally subsequent functionalization such as fluorination process can be continuous, following the melt blowing/spinning or spun-bonding process. Also described is a nonwoven PBT fiber mat obtained by the surface modification process. Further described is a filtration device comprising the nonwoven PBT fiber mat.

摘要： Certain embodiments described herein are directed to wipes and coating materials that can be used to provide an oleophobic surface coating on one or more surfaces of an article. In some examples, the wipe may retain the coating material and can transfer at least some of the coating material to a surface where it can be heat cured to provide the oleophobic coating. In some instances, the wipe can provide an oleophobic surface coating with easy-to-clean performance for at least one cycle and up to ten cycles.

摘要： This invention relates to spinnerets having orifices of unique cross-sections, the spinnerets being useful for extruding therethrough filaments having "U" and "E" shaped cross-sections with stabilizing legs. The use of strategically placed stabilizing legs allow the filaments to maintain the desired shape. The "U" shaped filament cross-section provides improved drainage over previous filament cross-sections.

摘要： Polyacrylate esters with ammonium salt groups obtained by the transesterification of alkyl polyacrylates produced by free radical polymerization are disclosed, wherein the alkyl groups of the acrylate esters have 1 to 8 carbon atoms, up to 50% of the acrylate esters can be replaced by the corresponding methacrylate esters and the transesterification is carried out witha) compounds of the formula ##STR1## b) saturated or unsaturated aliphatic alcohols having 8 to 22 carbon atoms or alkoxylated alkylphenols having 9 to 27 carbon atoms in the alkylphenol group,wherein the molar ratio of component a) to component b) is 1:9 to 9:1, in such amount that 5 to 70% of the ester groups are transesterified and subsequently, the transesterification product is transformed into a salt. The new polyacrylate esters with ammonium salt groups are distinguished by containing a lesser amount of low molecular weight compounds than products obtained through copolymerization and can be used as cationic surfactants and particularly, as active ingredients of metal adjuvants.

摘要： The present invention relates to textile treating compositions which are especially useful for treating textiles in the rinse cycle of a textile laundering operation to provide improved fabric softening and conditioning benefits. The textile treatment compositions comprise a substantially water-insoluble cationic fabric softening agent in combination with a substantially saturated lipid component containing one or more phosphoglycerides. The present invention further relates to a method for softening and conditioning textiles by treating the textiles, preferably during the rinse cycle of a textile laundering operation, with a combination of the softening agent and substantially saturated lipid component.

摘要： Undyed or dyed wool with an antifelting finish is produced by a method in which the wool is chlorinated at a pH of less than 4 and then an aqueous solution of a quaternary product is applied onto the wool, this product being obtained by condensation of(a) piperazine and piperazine derivatives with(b) crosslinking agents, such as epichlorohydrin and ethylene chloride, in a molar ratio of from 1:0.9 to 1:1, and quaternization of the condensate with benzyl chloride, for 0.15 to 1.0 mole of benzyl chloride being employed per equivalent of nitrogen in component (a) in the quaternization.To produce dyed wool with an antifelting finish, dyeing is carried out after the wool has been chlorinated.
