SOLUTION: The slide member for power transmission guides is obtained by molding a composite resin composition in which fluororesin particles are mixed with a base resin. The base resin is a thermoplastic resin. The fluororesin particles are denatured with electron beam irradiation, and has an average particle size of not larger than 10 μm. The content of the fluororesin particles is 5-50 wt.% of the aggregate of the composite resin composition. The fluororesin particles are PTFE particles having a primary particle size of not larger than 5 μm. The fluororesin has carboxyl groups and/or halogenated carboxylic acid groups at the terminals as functional groups created by the electron beam irradiation with a radiation of not less than 50 kGy. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite material formed by firmly bonding a filler with a resin matrix through the resin so that the material can exhibit its primary characteristics as a composite material as well as preventing the direct contact of each other filler, and also provide a method of manufacturing the same and a bearing device using the composite material. SOLUTION: There are provided a resinous composite material formed by dispersing a filler as a reinforcing component in a resin matrix, wherein the surface of the filler is covered with a resin different from that of the resin matrix, and a bearing device using the composite material wherein the ratio l/t of the length (l) of the filler covered with the resin on the surface to the thickness (t) of the resinous composite material is less than 1/1. Since the filler is covered with the resin, a conducting fiber may be used as the filler without impairing the electrical insulating properties. By selecting properly the resin to cover the filler, the affinity with the filler is improved.
