摘要： In an electromagnetic fuel injector of an internal combustion engine, an electromagnetic coil for valve driving is to be wound on a bobbin, and the bobbin is constituted by a synthetic resin containing a filler having good heat conductivity. For example, the bobbin with the coil to be wound thereon is constituted by PPS containing iron oxide and/or alumina as a filler. Two types of electromagnetic coils different in characteristics are provided in the fuel injector. These coils are wound separately on one bobbin in an axial direction. Among them, one coil (hereinafter referred to as nullfirst coilnull) has a winding region near a movable unit with a valve element being the object of magnetic suction, and other coil (hereinafter referred to as nullsecond coilnull) has a winding region away from the movable unit. The bobbin has a step difference of the outer diameter so that the bobbin outer diameter in the region with the second coil to be wound thereon is smaller than the bobbin outer diameter in the region with the first coil to be wound thereon, and the bobbin inner diameter has a step difference in that the bobbin inner diameter in the region with the first coil to be wound thereon is made large partially so as to secure an annular space to interpose a seal ring therein.

摘要： A fuel-injection system includes at least one fuel distributor and at least one fuel injector. The fuel distributor is embodied as an autonomous component and has a plurality of valve seats having several inner longitudinal openings in which the fuel injectors may be inserted. The valve seats, by their ends facing away from a fuel-supply channel of the fuel distributor, end in a freely exposed manner. At these ends of the valve seats at least one retaining element in each case is premolded or formed for the loss-proof mounting of the particular fuel injector. This fuel-injection system is particularly suited for the use in mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having external ignition.

On the outer surface of nozzle holder 18 is provided an electromagnetic coil 2, the outside of which is provided with a tubular yoke 4 whose upper end is connected by welding to the flange 1a of fixed core 1 and whose lower end is press-fit on the outer surface of nozzle holder 18.

The coil group subassembly includes a solenoid coil that is operable to displace the armature assembly with respect to the seat; and a second attachment portion that is fixedly connected to the first attachment portion.

The fuel delivery tube may include corresponding openings for insertion and connection of fuel injectors. A method of installing the above-identified system is also provided and includes the steps of inserting fuel injectors into openings in the electrical bus and fuel delivery tube, and thereafter connecting a single electrical harness to the electrical bus to provide electricity to the system. The electrical bus may be used in a standalone configuration, may be integrated with the fuel delivery tube, or may be packaged with fuel injectors to form an integrated package for assembly onto an automobile engine.
