摘要： A device for at least emptying a transport container having a stack of plate-shaped items, including semiconductor wafers and/or packaging material, includes at least one measuring device and a holder at least part of which can travel into the transport container. The holder has a holding surface, a number of holding nozzles for at least holding an item in the stack, and, in the region of the holding surface, at least one recess for the measuring device for acquiring measurement data from the item in the stack. At least one separating nozzle is arranged on the holder outside the holding surface such that the nozzle(s) can move between rest and separating positions. In the separating position, a gas stream directed towards the end face of the stack is formed, to release at least one item in the stack that is adhered to the item held by the holder.

摘要： An apparatus for de-stacking sheet metal blanks uses electro-magnetic pulses to separate sheet metal blanks from a stack of blanks. A fixture supports an electromagnetic attraction device that includes one or more multi-turn electrical coils and one or more insulated metal screens. The coil is electrically connected to a bank of capacitors. The metal screen is disposed in an electrical insulation material and is retained by the fixture between the coil and the top blank of the stack of blanks. Suction cups perform the primary lifting function and are connected to a vacuum source. The suction cups may be supported by the same fixture or another associated fixture that cooperates with the coil and insulated screen.

摘要： A magnetodynamic apparatus for separating conductive non-ferrous blanks includes at least one magnet positioned adjacent to a stack of the blanks and configured to generate a magnetic field in a first direction with respect to a major surface of an uppermost blank within the stack. The apparatus includes an actuator device for positioning the magnet with respect to the stack during production of an electric current in a second direction along the major surface. The second direction is normal to the first direction such that a magnetic separation force is generated in a third direction normal to the first and second directions. The separation force is sufficient for magnetically separating the uppermost blank from remaining blanks in the stack. The magnets may be rotated on a rotor or held stationary. The electric current may be induced or directly injected into the uppermost blank.

摘要： According to one embodiment, an object holding apparatus includes a holding part, a recognition device, and a controller. The holding part is able to hold at least one object. The recognition device recognizes a plurality of objects to generate a recognition result. The controller selects a first object from the objects, based on the recognition result. The controller sets a first direction to one side of the first object along which the number of objects aligned with the first object is smaller than the number of objects aligned with the first object along the other side of the first object. The controller selects a second object aligned with the first object along the first direction. The controller controls a driving of the holding part, based on a selection result of the first object and the second object.

摘要： An electrodynamic apparatus for separating electrically conductive, non-ferrous, blanks includes a linear induction machine (LIM) stator, a polyphase power source, and a controller. Stator slots are wound with polyphase AC windings. The power source outputs a polyphase voltage or current. The controller supplies the windings with the voltage or current via the power source to induce an electric current in an uppermost blank and produce a traveling wave magnetic field. The electric current and magnetic field generate a force on the uppermost blank sufficient for separating the uppermost blank from an adjacent blank in the stack. A method for separating the blanks includes positioning the stack with respect to the apparatus and supplying the windings with AC voltage or current via the power source to generate the traveling wave magnetic field and induce the electric current, and ultimately generate the force on the uppermost blank.

A holder frame above the stack has suction heads which engage the eggs of the uppermost tray of the stack. A carrier unit above the holder frame has oppositely opposed grippers which engage sides of the uppermost tray. The holder frame is connected to the carrier unit by one or more spacer rods which are freely moveable in a channel in the carrier unit so as to permit three degrees of movement relative thereto. The carrier unit may also be moveably suspended in a second carrier unit above it. Support rods may extend downwardly from the carrier unit to engage the tray.
