摘要： A module for detecting the angular position of the drive shaft of a valve includes a printed circuit proximate a drive shaft of a valve body, or of an extension element thereof or a motor shaft of a valve actuator. The module also includes a magnet(s) fastened to the drive shaft, a magnetic sensor(s) supported on the printed circuit, and a communication interface. The magnetic sensor(s) generate an electrical signal indicating the position of the magnet(s). The communication interface remotely transmits a corresponding reading. The acquisition of the reading can be carried out at pre-set time intervals, which can be managed according to the requirements of the production process. The detection module is free of wired connections with the outside. A valve and an adapter element are also provided with the module, and a method for detecting the open state of the valve remotely by the module.

The connecting rod drive mechanism of the present utility model is able to amplify drive travel, can allow for more flexible positioning of a drive mechanism, and there is relatively low eccentric force during the process of driving, which is beneficial for extending assembly life.

摘要： In a valve (10) having a pneumatic or hydraulic drive unit (20), the drive unit (20) includes a cylinder (22), a piston (24), a spindle unit (26) mounted for axial movement in the cylinder (22), and a housing cover (28), the piston (24) dividing the interior of the cylinder (22) into a cover-side space (42) and a valve seat-side space (40), and a duct (66) within the spindle unit (26) leading to the valve seat-side space (40). Formed in the housing cover (28) are a fluid intake (44) and a fluid exit (46) as well as a pressure fluid duct (48) in fluid communication with the fluid intake (44) and an outlet duct (50) in fluid communication with the fluid exit (46). The pressure fluid duct (48) branches into two partial ducts (54, 56), a first partial duct (54) extending through the spindle unit (26) into the valve seat-side space (40) and opening out there, and a second partial duct (56) opening out into the cover-side space (42), and a closure body (68) being provided which seals either the first partial duct (54) or the second partial duct (56) in a fluid-tight manner. Furthermore, a modular system (70) and a method for manufacturing valves (10) are indicated.

摘要： The present invention relates to a valve having a control function and a method for controlling a valve in a fluid conduit in order to adapt flow rates and/or differential pressure rates. The valve comprises a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet and a valve closing member located inside a valve body. The valve closing member is operationally connected to a variable volume chamber, which is adapted to extract energy from the fluid in order to provide either an opening or a closing displacement of the valve closing member such that the degree of opening of the valve can be changed. The supply of fluid to and from the variable volume chambers may be regulated by electronically controlled valves.

摘要： An actuator with a predetermined failure mode comprises two carriers which are each moveable in a common direction. A detent is engageable to couple the carriers to move in unison. An electrically operated actuating device causes extension of the toggle linkage to operate the detent and collapse of the toggle linkage when de-energised. There is a prime mover for the first carrier and a return mover for causing return movement of the second carrier on the release of the detent. In an example, the detent comprises a pivoted arm disposed on the first carrier and positioned to engage a part of the second carrier; and the toggle linkage comprises a pair of relatively pivoted links connected between a pivot on the first carrier and a pivot on the arm.
