    • A locking cap apparatus includes a cap assembly having an outer cap and an inner cap received within the outer cap, and further includes lock setting members. The outer cap includes an actuator coupled with a plunger. The plunger and the actuator are movable within and relative to the outer and inner cap. The cap assembly is rotatably and releasably coupled with external threads of a bottle. The plunger has a locked position, an unlocked position, and a lock change position, where the outer cap is rotatable relative to the bottle when the plunger is in the locked position, unlocked position, and optionally in the combination change position. Lock setting members are interactively coupled with the shaft of the plunger.

    • A locking system including a lock box and a locking bar. The locking bar configured as an elongated member which engages a loading hook of a roll-off container. The locking bar including at least one hole defined therethrough and configured to engage a hasp of a lock. The lock box has an opening defined therethrough and is configured to receive a first portion of the length of the locking handle so that when the locking handle is engaged with the hook a second portion of the length of the locking handle projects from the lock box. This second portion includes at least one of the aforementioned holes and functions to receive a locking hasp. An alternative locking system including a locking sleeve preventing engagement of a bar of a roll-off storage container.

    • A rotary electronic locking system for locking utility box or storage compartments installed on trucks or other vehicles, using a remote device like a remote key fob to lock and unlock the storage compartments, or by wiring the system to the vehicle's factory-installed electronic door lock system and utilizing the remote device supplied with the factory-installed electronic door lock system to lock and unlock the storage compartments. The rotary electronic locking system operates independently from the existing handles on the storage compartments. It may be used as a primary or secondary locking system, providing additional security. The system includes a rotating rod assembly with strikers, which is rotated by an electronic actuator causing the strikers to engage with or disengage from striker plates attached to the interior of the storage compartments. A wireless remote device is used to signal the electronic actuator to rotate the rotating rod assembly or, if the system is wired into the factory-installed electronic door lock system, the remote device that operates the door locking system may be used to signal the electronic actuator to rotate the rotating rod assembly to lock or unlock the storage compartment doors.
