摘要： The present invention relates to an injection apparatus for injecting a pharmaceutical liquid drug into the skin of a user. The injection apparatus can be in form of an injection device carrying a needle cannula or in the shape of a needle assembly (10) attachable to an injection device. The outer shell of the injection apparatus is a protective shield (10) divided into different segments (10a, 10b). These segments are preferably spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction to move individually in the axial direction. Further, the segments are provided with tilting means (14, 15) which are activated to move neighboring segments (10a, 10b) apart upon relative axial movement of one or more segments (10a, 10b) whenever an uneven force is applied to the distal end of the shield.

One of the distal housing component (110) and the proximal housing component (101) comprises a threaded adjustment component (103) being held at an axial fixed location on said one of the distal housing component (110) and the proximal housing component (101) and defining a first thread (103b) being in threaded engagement with a second thread (110b) defined by the other of the distal housing component (110) and the proximal housing component (101). 摘要： The invention relates to a torsion spring driven injection device for apportioning individually set doses of a liquid drug. The injection device has a needle cannula (35) for multiple uses and a cleaning chamber (56) for cleaning the tip of the needle cannula between subsequent injections. The cleaning chamber is filled with preservative containing liquid drug directly from the cartridge (30) in a filling sequence which is executed when the user initiates first use of the injection device. The sequence comprises the step of securing the piston rod guide in an inrotatable position and thereafter moving the cartridge in a proximal direction. Such axial movement of the cartridge without a similar movement of the plunger automatically pumps liquid drug from the cartridge and into the cleaning chamber via the lumen of the needle cannula.

摘要： The present invention relates to an injection apparatus in which a cartridge has a distal end sealed by a pierceable flexible septum abutting a pressure element. Further a shielded needle cannula penetrates the distal septum. This pressure element is axially movable whenever the shield is axially moved such that the volume of cartridge decreases. A motion transforming means transforms axial movement of the shield into axial movement of the pressure element via a rotational movement of the motion transforming means.
