摘要： Apparatus for the production of an electric conductor provided with at least a layer of coating plastic material. The apparatus comprises: a head for the extrusion of an electric conductor; at least a main extruder having a first supply duct; at least an auxiliary extruder having a second supply duct; and a device for the selection and the diversion of the flows of coating plastic material. The selection and diversion device is provided, in turn, with at least a device for the exclusion of the auxiliary extruder; with a bypass duct between the first duct and the second duct; and with a flow-regulating diverter valve arranged in the intersection point between the first supply duct and a bypass duct connecting the first duct to the second duct.

摘要： A dosage device for extruding a monocomponent or a bicomponent polymeric product, particularly for an automatic machine for forming a spacer frame, includes a first dosage assembly and a separate second dosage assembly for the dosage and feeding of the product, which can be activated, in a first feeding step and in a third feeding step, alternately so that one of them provides continuity of flow to an extrusion nozzle while the other one is in the reloading step. The first and second dosage assemblies are activated, in a second swapping step that is intermediate with respect to the first and third feeding steps, simultaneously and jointly, one of them having a flow-rate ramp that passes from the steady-state value to zero and the other one complementarily having a flow-rate ramp that passes from zero to the steady-state value.

摘要： A dispenser system employs a packaging module for use with moisture sensitive materials. The packaging module comprises an outer carton and an inner bladder, which is substantially impermeable to moisture and is filled with one part of an adhesive. The carton is loaded on a mobile cart and the one part adhesive is supplied to a pump/mixer without exposure to moisture in the atmosphere. The packaging and dispensing system can be used in conjunction with mechanized adhesive application equipment for the construction trades.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for mixing and applying a bead of material. For example, the bead of material can be used to seal gaps cracks and seams of a building. The apparatus includes a supply machine and an applicator. The supply machine provides each of the parts of the material to the applicator at a controlled rate. The applicator mixes the parts of the material at a nozzle. The applicator provides a bead (rather than spraying) of the mixed material through the nozzle. The bead of material may be applied in a precise manner to seal gaps, cracks and seams of an existing building and/or the bead may be provided during new construction of a building between components of the building.

摘要： A device for applying a two-part adhesive to a substrate includes a carrier, a first pump, a second pump, at least one manifold and at least one applicator. The first pump and the second pump are mounted on the carrier and each pump has an inlet and an outlet. The first pump pumps a first part of the two-part adhesive from its inlet to its outlet, and the second pump pumps a second part of the two-part adhesive from its inlet to its outlet. The at least one applicator is configured to mix the first part with the second part to form the two-part adhesive that is discharged from the outlet of the at least one applicator onto the substrate.
