摘要： Provided is a sample inspection apparatus capable of identifying a capacitive fault or a potential faulty point where an electrical tolerance is low. The sample inspection apparatus includes: a charged particle optical system configured to irradiate a sample 19 with a charged particle beam; a first probe 21a configured to come into contact with the sample; an amplifier 23 having an input terminal to which the first probe is connected; and a phase detection unit 40 to which an output signal of the amplifier is input, in which an AC voltage is applied to the first probe, and the phase detection unit detects the output signal of the amplifier using a reference signal synchronized with the AC voltage and having the same frequency as the AC voltage.

One example includes a template matching technique that iteratively selects templates to estimate the phase offset of the generator waveform. One example includes a root mean squared value calculated from less than sample time period that is less than one half of a cycle of the generator waveform. A generator controller calculates a command or parameter for the generator based on the estimated phase offset or the root mean squared value.

摘要： A wave-shaping circuit comprises a dynamic hysteresis generating circuit for generating a dynamic hysteresis voltage having a certain crest value and whose signal level attenuates at a speed proportional to a number of engine revolutions to mask an ignition noise superimposed on an input signal, and a threshold generating circuit for generating a threshold voltage whose signal level increases/decreases in proportion to the number of engine revolutions to mask an interference noise superimposed on the input signal and to reliably detect a minimum level of the input signal. Either the dynamic hysteresis voltage or the threshold voltage, whichever is higher, is selectively output as a comparison reference signal through a high-level selecting circuit.

摘要： A voltage and resistance synthesizer includes a pulse width modulator (PWM) for synthesizing voltage and resistance values at a pair of terminals. A selector switch selects between a resistance synthesis mode, in which resistance values are synthesized from a single reference resistor, and a voltage synthesis mode, in which voltage values are synthesized from a single reference voltage. The pulse width modulator permits digital control words to be received which govern the synthesized value with 16 bit resolution. A low pass filter blocks the switching frequency components and provides a d.c. voltage which is the product of the duty cycle and the reference value.
