    • Systems and methods for providing high-capacitive RF MEMS switches are provided. In one embodiment, the invention relates to a micro-electro-mechanical switch assembly including a substrate, an electrode disposed on a portion of the substrate, a dielectric layer disposed on at least a portion of the electrode, a metal layer disposed on at least a portion of the dielectric layer, and a flexible membrane having first and second ends supported at spaced locations on the substrate base, where the flexible membrane is configured to move from a default position to an actuated position in response to a preselected switching voltage applied between the flexible membrane and the electrode, and where, in the actuated position, the flexible membrane is in electrical contact with the metal layer.

    • Approach is provided for a capacitive touch panel. The capacitive touch panel comprises a substrate, multiple tracing units, an insulating layer and an electrode layer. The tracing units are spaced at intervals on a first surface of the substrate along a first direction. The insulating layer formed on the substrate covers the tracing units, and comprises multiple connecting hole units. The electrode layer is printed on an outer surface of the insulating layer, and comprises multiple first electrode rows and electrode units. The first electrode rows are spaced at intervals along the second direction, and the electrode units are spaced at intervals along the first direction that comprises multiple electrodes spaced at intervals along the second direction, wherein the electrodes of the electrode units are electrically connected to the tracing units through the corresponding connecting hole units that form second electrode rows along the second direction.

    • In a method of manufacturing a metal keypad panel with a micropore array, a metal laminate is prepared and etched to form micropores on the metal laminate, and a filling is coated on a surface of the metal laminate and permeated into the micropores. After the metal laminate is punched to form a metal keypad panel in a predetermined shape, the metal keypad panel is put into a mold. After a plastic material is injected into the mold, a pattern layer is formed on a side of the metal keypad panel, and then a backlight module is attached onto another side of the metal keypad panel. The backlight module has patterns, and the shape of the patterns is formed by arranging light guide microstructures. Finally, an electric signal module is attached onto a side of the backlight module to complete manufacturing the metal keypad panel.
