摘要： A driving device includes a motor and a control unit for controlling of the motor. The motor includes a motor body and an end cap assembly disposed at one end of the motor body. The motor body comprises a stator, a rotor rotatable relative to the stator, and a motor shaft fixed to and rotated with the rotor. The end cap assembly is provided with two brushes. The control unit includes two connectors for connecting with an external power source. The two brushes are respectively electrically connected to the connectors through the control unit. Lengths of connecting routes of the two brushes to the corresponding connectors are substantially equal to each other.

摘要： The present invention provides a motor comprising: a rotary shaft; a rotor including a hole in which the rotary shaft is disposed; a stator disposed on the outer side of the rotor; and a housing for accommodating the rotor and the stator, and further comprising a rectifier having a hole in which the rotary shaft is disposed, wherein the housing includes a cover plate, the cover plate includes a brush coming into contact with the rectifier, and the front surface of the brush includes a curved part coming into contact with the rectifier, and a cutting part formed to be bent from the curved part such that the cutting part does not come into contact with the rectifier, thereby providing an advantageous effect of inhibiting the worn foreign material of the brush from being generated on a contact portion between the brush and the rectifier during the initial driving of the motor.

摘要： A wire brush for a slipring includes a contact section, from which a stabilizer arm is extending backwards towards the brush block of the slipring. The stabilizer arm holds a friction section, which is in friction contact with the contact section at a friction contact area. Such contact, in operation, generates internal friction within the brush when the brush is moved and, therefore, suppresses oscillations of the brush.

摘要： A bearing isolator and explosion-proof current diverting device may be configured to dissipate an electrical charge from a rotating piece of equipment to ground, such as from a motor shaft to a motor housing. One aspect of an explosion-proof current diverter ring may include a stator that may be mounted to the equipment housing and a rotor that may be mounted to a shaft. The rotor may rotate with the shaft. A conductive assembly may be positioned in a radial bore formed in the stator such that the conductive assembly contacts the rotor to conduct electricity from the shaft to the housing through the explosion-proof current diverting device. The explosion-proof current diverting device may be configured to define a flame path to achieve various explosion-proof certifications.

The present invention is simply constructed and easily mounted, the volume thereof is small, the operation thereof is reliable, it is easy to maintain and replace the carbon brushes and it extends significantly the life of the motor.

摘要： A brush device having the longitudinal direction of a coil shaped coil spring aligned with the face of a brush holder, in which one end of a support post at the surface of a brush base is formed as a hollow cylinder and a projection at the other end is insert molded into the brush holder. There is a step on the support post. The step and the brush holder receive a cover plate which, when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the face of the brush holder, covers a winding of the coil shaped coil spring. One end of the support post is fixed to the surface of the cover plate by spreading the end of the hollow cylinder of the support post.
