    • Methods and compositions are provided for use in electroloading procedures to increase the transfection and fusion efficiency compared to the methods now used in the art. The compositions comprise a two-phase polymer system containing two water soluble polymers which, when mixed, result in target cells and biological material being encapsulated into one of the polymer phases in a concentrated form. The methods of the present invention for electroloading biological material into target cells comprises mixing the biological material into one of the phases of the two-phase polymer system; mixing the target cells into either of the phases of the two-phase polymer system; mixing the phases together to form an emulsion; and exposing the emulsion to a pulsing electric field in an electroloading process.

    • In general, in one aspect, the disclosures describes a method that includes receiving multiple ingress Internet Protocol packets, each of the multiple ingress Internet Protocol packets having an Internet Protocol header and a Transmission Control Protocol segment having a Transmission Control Protocol header and a Transmission Control Protocol payload, where the multiple packets belonging to a same Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol flow. The method also includes preparing an Internet Protocol packet having a single Internet Protocol header and a single Transmission Control Protocol segment having a single Transmission Control Protocol header and a single payload formed by a combination of the Transmission Control Protocol segment payloads of the multiple Internet Protocol packets. The method further includes generating a signal that causes receive processing of the Internet Protocol packet.

    • A method and system for determining highlighting colors for topic elements in a chart. The method includes acquiring contrast elements and topic elements which need to be highlighted, acquiring colors of the contrast elements and layout information of the topic elements and the contrast elements in the chart, determining a plurality of combinatorial contrast policies for the colors of the contrast elements according to a color contrast standard, calculating weights of the combinatorial contrast policies using the layout information, and determining highlighting colors of the topic elements according to the combinatorial contrast policies and their weights. A highlighting color can be selected automatically for the information that needs attention, so that the user can determine information that should be specially noted without having professional knowledge about color, saving time and energy.
