    • A collector shoe for a collector with a carbon brush and a support has, between the carbon brush and supporting element, a galvanically applied metallic layer, which, at least at one end, either extends itself over the carbon brush at an angle, its extension which forms an angle being at least partially molded onto the supporting element or embedded into the latter and designed as an electrical connection element, or is linked with an electrical element which extends beyond the carbon brush, forms an angle and is similarly molded onto the supporting element or embedded in the latter. An advantageous process for producing said collector shoe consists producing the carbon brush with excess length, covering it in the metallic layer and then cutting it to length, and consequently bending the projecting metallic layer into the angular shape and embedding it in the directly molded-on supporting element of synthetic material.

    • A brush unit for an electric machine has a simple and low-cost but robust design, and can be assembled at low-cost using simple process steps comprises four ring-shaped board elements are stacked on each other, namely two outer circuit boards, each of which is electrically conductively connected to one or more brushes. Two guide boards made of electrically insulative material disposed therebetween, comprise a shape having protrusions and recesses for forming radial guides for the brushes and receptacles for springs acting on the brushes. The springs are spiral springs wound around a mandrel, the flat ends thereof protruding past the springs being rotationally fixedly guided in a guide groove of each receptacle and able to engage behind a stop. In order to assemble the brush unit, the circuit and guide boards are stacked on each other in the axial direction and riveted, then the brushes are inserted in the guides in the radial direction and the springs are placed in the receptacles.

    • The invention relates to an engine control for a synchronous motor having a number of N stator coils set off in regard to each other, which are arranged around a rotor of the synchronous motor, wherein there may be impressed upon the stator coils by the engine control a coil voltage and wherein there is formed a coil current having a direct current component in a co-ordinate system rotating proportionally with the number of revolutions performed by the synchronous motor as well as a cross current component, wherein the cross current component effects a tangential force activating the rotor in the direction of rotation and wherein the direct current component effects a force acting perpendicularly to the rotor surface on the rotor, wherein the engine control has a direct current generator for generating a direct current component periodically alternating in the rotating co-ordinate system, in order to neutralize oscillations of the synchronous motor activated by the engine control by means of the force generated perpendicularly to the rotor surface, wherein the direct current generator is formed for evaluating at least one angle information and an operating cross current.
